Where do you ship to?
Montalvan’s Sales Inc. ships to all 50 U.S. states.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement.

What are my payment options?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and also payment through PayPal.

Can I ship an order to an address that is different than my home or business address?
Yes, as long as the shipping address is in our service area, we can ship to an alternative address.

How long will it take to ship my orders?
It will take approximately 5-10 working days after date of purchase.

Can I order items not part of your grocery list?
If you are interested in a product not part of the grocery list, please call us at (909) 930-5670 or email us at websales@montalvans.com for more information.

Do I receive a discount for large orders?
Although Montalvan’s Sales, Inc. does not offer a price break on large orders, it is more economical to place a larger order due to shipping charges.

Does Montalvan’s Sales Inc. offer wholesale prices?
Yes, we do offer wholesale prices to interested retailers, distributors and food services. Please call us at (909) 930-5670 or e-mail us at sales@montalvans.com for more information.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please call Customer Service at (909) 930-5670 within two hours of purchase. Excess of the two hour cancellation window may make it difficult for us to stop shipment of the product. If we are unable to stop the shipment, we will have to charge you the shipping charges to retrieve the packages.

What are your policies regarding exchanges and refunds?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please return your purchase within 5 business days from date of receipt for credit refund or exchange. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges.
